Join Us for The Murph Workout 

This Memorial Day, we invite you to honor the life, courage, and sacrifice of Lt. Michael P. Murphy alongside the community at Trinity Fitness. 

On May 25 at 10:00 AM, we’ll gather in downtown La Grange for “The Murph” — a workout challenge completed every year across the country in remembrance of Lt. Murphy, a Navy SEAL who gave his life serving our nation in Afghanistan in 2005. 

Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just getting started, this event is for YOU. Trinity Fitness will offer modifications for every movement so anyone can participate and be part of the experience. 

Murph workout options include: 

• FULL 

1 mile run 100 pull-ups 

200 push-ups 300 squats 

1 mile run 

• 3/4 Murph • HALF Murph • MINI Murph Options Available
