Zen Zone Wellness is a faith-centered wellness spa dedicated to helping individuals restore balance in mind, body, and spirit. With locations in Louisville, KY and Mt. Washington, KY, we specialize in therapeutic massage services, including Swedish and deep tissue massage, designed to promote relaxation, healing, and overall wellness. We also offer holistic wellness services such as Red Light Therapy, body sculpting, and anti-aging skincare. Our mission is to provide a peaceful, uplifting environment where clients can improve their health, confidence, and well-being while being encouraged through compassionate care and Christian values.
