Dr. David “Dave” Strange is the owner of Strange HR Consulting, a Louisville, Kentucky firm he started and runs alongside Stephanie Strange. Together, they have built the business around a commitment to serving others, helping organizations strengthen their workplaces, and putting their Christian faith into practice through the way they work and build relationships.

Dave brings more than 20 years of human resources and leadership experience across industrial services, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, and telecommunications. Before launching Strange HR Consulting, he served in several leadership roles, including Corporate HR Director and Senior Director of Talent Development. His background includes strategic HR planning, employee and labor relations, talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, and acquisition integration.

Dave holds a Doctorate of Business Administration from Liberty University. His credentials include Sherpa Executive Coaching, Emergenetics Associate, and Six Sigma Green Belt. He brings a practical, approachable style to helping business owners and leaders improve communication, set clear expectations, and develop stronger teams.
